Araw Rewards is the loyalty program of Araw Hospitality Group.
You can earn points when you stay and/or dine at any Araw resorts and restaurants like Lihim Resorts in El Nido, Bacau Bay Resort in Coron, Nawa Wellness in Calatagan, and UNWND Boutique Hotels in Makati, Dumaguete, Camiguin & Calatagan.
You can get 50 Araw points upon sign-up.
You can use your Araw Rewards membership to earn & redeem Araw points at any participating Araw resorts and restaurants like Lihim Resorts, Nawa Wellness, Bacau Bay Resort Coron, and UNWND Boutique Hotels.
Araw Rewards is designed for individual travelers who book their stays via our website or through our reservations team.
Simply log in to your account and click the Update Profile button.
If there is no activity within 12 months, any unredeemed points shall also be forfeited.
You may email the Araw Rewards Support at rewards@arawhospitality.com so we can help you access your account.
To earn points, you need to present your Araw Rewards membership number upon your check-in in any Araw resorts or during your transaction at Araw restaurants.
You can use your earned Araw points in exchange for vouchers redeemed through the Araw Rewards members portal through.
Note that for points redeemed as room vouchers, this can be claimed via direct channels (call, email, website, walk-in, social media) or in-person only. Each member can redeem a maximum of nine (9) accumulated room nights at any Araw property per year.
You can convert your Araw Rewards points to Araw vouchers for as low as 100 Araw Rewards points.
Only Liwanag Araw Rewards members are eligible to get a room upgrade to the next room category. Note that this is subject to availability and has no cash value should there be no available room for the next room category.
Points are automatically credited for bookings made directly in any Araw resort website.
For manual points crediting, it takes fifteen (15) working days after the transaction date for points to be reflected on your account. You may view your transaction history when you log in to your account.
Araw Rewards points are subject to expiry every 31st of March of the following year.
Members who signed up 6 months before March 31 and earned points durring those months (from October 1 of the previous year to March 31) will carry over earned Araw Rewards points and remain valid until March 31 of the following year. For example, points earned on January 1, 2024, will expire on March 31, 2026.
Araw points are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
You need to earn 2,000 Araw Rewards points using your Sinag Araw Rewards Cards in order to be upgraded to Liwanag.
To be eligible for a Liwanag Araw Rewards membership, you must be an active Sinag Araw Rewards member with a cumulative Araw points of at least 2,000 Araw Rewards points within the current calendar year.
Your membership will be upgraded as soon as you reach the spending requirement.
Yes, your membership is subject to expiry every 31st of March.
In addition to the benefit of being part of the Sinag tier, you can also enjoy the following additional benefits when you upgrade to Liwanag tier:
